Appointment Cancellation Policy

We value your time as we hope you value ours. When you book an appointment at Remarkables Dental we reserve this time especially for you. When an appointment is not kept, or cancelled at short notice, we may not be able to fill this vacancy. Respectfully please provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for any cancellations at short notice (less than 24 hours), or for failing to attend a scheduled appointment.

When scheduling longer restorative appointments we ask that you prepay 10% of your planned treatment estimate. Your dentist will discuss this at the time of your visit.
